Meeting the woman we are today through play
If you are a woman who holds space for others, for family or groups—through classes or retreats—or you feel called to explore the many facets of your history as a woman through mindfulness, creativity, and play, this three-day workshop is for you.
Join us for an immersive experience exploring the stories of life held within the body, and giving them creative expression through conscious theatre, singing, nature, and silence.
Conscious theatre generates a space that calls us into presence—using improvisation, movement, and play, to reveal sides of ourselves that may surprise us, as well as bring awareness to a source of fresh energy and inspiration that is always available to us, in any situation in life that we may face.
Across the three days, and through what each one of us gives from our own authenticity, what unfolds is filled with joy and inner freedom, allowing both lightness and depth to coexist.
This workshop is for women of all backgrounds—no prior experience in theatre or mindfulness is required—only a willingness to explore, feel, and create together.

Angelika Baumbach is a weaver of dreams. An adventurous spirit. Dedicated mother.
She has been traveling the world for many years, sharing music and diverse retreats; for families, women, youth, and children. Together with Markus Sieber, her partner in every possible way. „I’ve been an actress for over 30 years. I love this profession because it has shown me how diverse and inspiring creativity can be.„
Over the past 20 years, I’ve completed further training as an acting coach, body therapist, and shaman.
For the last 8 years, I’ve developed workshops for women in a dynamic process of self-discovery and exploring their own creativity. The last one took place in the Moroccan desert.
This means I see myself as an exploratory guide, and I’m very much looking forward to working with Angelika to support and encourage women to open new spaces and discover with curiosity what leads us to fulfillment and happiness.

She also sees the need and power of therapeutic work to bring us back into balance and has studied many different fields in support of that.
